About Valence Grade
Valence Grade sources research peptides from GMP-compliant synthesis facilities, independently verifies every batch through a third-party ISO 17025-accredited laboratory, and publishes the results publicly before anything ships.
We are not chemists. We are not a synthesis lab. Our value is in the sourcing standard, the testing protocol, and the transparency of the documentation chain — not in making claims about what we make ourselves.
What We Are
Most vendors in the research peptide market either manufacture their own compounds (and test them in-house with no independent oversight) or resell without any documentation chain. Valence Grade is neither.
We are a US-based third-party supplier. We source finished peptide compounds from GMP-compliant synthesis facilities, take custody of inventory in the US, and require each batch to pass independent ISO 17025 testing before it enters our catalog. We do not synthesize. We do not run the lab. That separation is intentional — it removes the conflict of interest that comes with a vendor grading its own homework.
The COAs on this site come from a laboratory that we pay for honest results — not results that make our inventory look good. If a batch fails, we don't sell it.

Our Standards
We are a supplier, not a manufacturer. We do not test our own products in-house. Every batch is sent to an independent, US-based ISO 17025-accredited third-party laboratory that has no commercial relationship with our manufacturing partners. The lab tests, we publish the results — no exceptions.
Every COA is tied to a specific lot number and published without a login gate. The QR code on your vial takes you directly to that batch's documentation. We do not reuse COAs across batches or round up results.
We source exclusively from facilities operating under Good Manufacturing Practice standards. Synthesis documentation and source information are available on request for institutional researchers who need it for compliance or publication.
HPLC confirms purity. Mass spectrometry confirms identity. Both are required — a vendor running only HPLC cannot tell you whether the compound in the vial is the right compound. We require both before any batch is listed.
Batches that miss 99.0% HPLC purity are rejected. They are not discounted, not relabeled, not sold at a lower tier. They do not enter inventory.
We are based in the United States and ship domestically only. Orders placed before 12PM ET on business days ship the same day. Discreet packaging, tracking included on every order.
Supply Chain
Step 1
Peptide compounds sourced from GMP-certified synthesis partners. We evaluate multiple suppliers per compound and select based on synthesis documentation, source purity specs, and track record.
Step 2
Each production lot is sent to our ISO 17025-accredited US laboratory partner. HPLC and mass spectrometry are performed. Results come back to us — we do not influence or handle testing.
Step 3
We review HPLC chromatograms, MS identity confirmation, and purity percentages against our ≥99.0% threshold. Batches that pass are assigned a lot number. Batches that fail are rejected and disposed of.
Step 4
The batch COA is published to our COA Library and linked to the corresponding product page before that lot goes on sale. The QR code on each vial routes directly to the correct document.
Step 5
Orders are fulfilled from verified inventory, packaged under clean conditions, and shipped with a direct COA link in the confirmation email. Your batch documentation travels with every order.
