When you place an order, we collect the information necessary to fulfill it: your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment information (card numbers, billing details) is processed directly by our third-party payment processor and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We also collect standard server log data such as IP addresses and browser information when you access the website.
We use your information solely to operate the business: to fulfill and ship your orders, send order confirmation and tracking emails, provide your batch Certificate of Analysis link, respond to support inquiries, and send transactional communications related to your purchase. We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to fulfilling your order.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We share your data only to the extent necessary to operate: with our payment processor to complete your transaction, and with our shipping carrier (your name and address) to deliver your order. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority. Beyond these narrow exceptions, your data stays with us.
We use minimal cookies: session cookies to maintain your shopping cart state across pages, and cookies required for the checkout and payment flow. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics services that collect or sell user data. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; note that cart and checkout functionality may be impaired if session cookies are blocked.
Order records (including your name, address, and purchase history) are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and financial record-keeping requirements. Email addresses are retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe. Payment transaction records are retained by our payment processor per their own retention policies — we do not store payment card data. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (subject to legal retention obligations) using the contact information below.
You have the right to: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you; request correction of any inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (subject to our legal retention obligations); opt out of any marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send. All data transmitted between your browser and our website is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Payment data is processed by a PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment gateway — your card details are never stored on our servers. We maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the data we do retain from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
